In order to create employment opportunity for the poor and marginalized unemployed youths, CRCDC has established different welfare centres where the students are being supported with different vocational trainings i.e. shorthand, spoken English, computer, typing and tailoring. It also promotes personal, interpersonal and job-oriented managerial secretarial courses. The centres also conduct mobile repairing, driving, hospitality management course, home Nursing, communication training, and short term agriculture training.
